Group Unemployment Insurance Claims Sessions

Thursdays 8:30am or 1:30pm

•Must have been separated for lack of work or reduction in force

Must have only worked in Tennessee during the past 18 months

Must have a separation notice or letter from employer stating lack of work as a reason for the layoff

Two forms of ID — Driver's license or state photo ID card and a second form of identification, such as a birth certificate or utility bill with your name on the bill

Social Security Card

Current address and telephone number

•Separating employer’s name, address, and telephone number

•Last day of work and all places of employment from the past 18 months.
