Southeast Tennessee Workforce Development Board
We provide convenient, accessible workforce services to business and industry. Along with a business-led Workforce Development Board, we oversight and guidance of the American Job Centers in the Southeast Tennessee ten-county region. We believe that the best way to make a living is to be prepared.
The American Job Centers have comprehensive centers located in Chattanooga and Athens with the affiliate offices in Cleveland, Dayton, and Jasper, and Tracy City. AJCs provide career counseling, training services, workforce programs for youth up to the age of 24 and access to technology for job seekers in 10 counties. Southeast Tennessee serves Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, Meigs, McMinn, Polk, Rhea, and Sequatchie Counties.
